As I look at the USAC results page. I gotta wonder who was the last driver Ito win a USAC national sprint car race that wasn’t in the top 12 in points?

Kevin Thomas Jr. was 18th in points when he won the James Dean Classic at Gas City one year ago this week in September of 2022.

T-Mez drove around the top Sat night like he had a wing on the Simon 23, and 2023 track champ Nick Bilbee right behind. Put your money there folks.

Tmez qualifying video shows him not lifting. I was there and while chasing Bilbee he was sticking it four in the fluff at times Track was fast 13.6 is only a couple of tenths slower than the best times' I've seen since it was rebanked.

Barr, and Bibent were fast as well. Barr caught the wall after jumping cushion.
