Re: Largest Crowd Ever

Eldora is a perfect example of what Promotion of an Event can do....with all due respect to the track and race....snoozer, but people showed up because it and the series are promoted well. I enjoyed the entire 2 days on the ground in New Weston, Ohio

Thats crazy... people seem to like drinking & betting at Eldora
Can you imagine winning that????
I was shocked when I went to an Allstar race at Lebanon Valley in NY state & 50/50 was bigger than the winner's purse... over $7,000....comparative chicken feed! ;)

It was about $200,000 for the four day racing events. 🏁

You do not have to attend for the 50/50. This is becoming more about the party and less about the race. Only real sprint car aficionados care about the bastardization of a sprint race with a mandatory stop. Stopped going to the KR and Kville Nationals for these reasons. Come on ISW!
