Here is a couple from me

24 Le Manns, just to take in the historic venue
Belgium GP, ditto
Little 500, when this event is good, it is REALLY good
500 lap USAC Midget race at the SpeedDrome, again with a good field = good time
DuQuoin, God's favorite Mile. Night race made this SOOOO much better
