This event is at the Marion County Fairgrounds as the track is not done yet at the Hendricks County Fairgrounds. Its getting closer though, just follow their Facebook page for the latest updates: INDY OUTLAW KARTS.

Be sure to watch Fox 59 this Monday around 7:45AM for "Where's Sherman" as he will be providing more information on the June 20th event.

USAC stars, Tyler Courtney, Kevin Thomas Jr., and Tanner Thorson have confirmed they will be racing on the 20th!

Should be a great family outing & there is a $1.00 off coupon on the fair website as well.

From fair website:
"Outlaw Karts will be invading the Marion County Fair Grandstands for the first time. This will be the fastest racing action on the course in years... maybe ever!
We did a track test on April 11 and while we learned we need to wet the track down to prevent a dust storm... it was a great time!

Take a look at the track test video below. They are also giving away, 4 tickets!

That's a familiar site when we ran Tqs there, at Marion county, don't think they really wanted to let cars on the track, but we did, welcome or not! Bob

What's the mission of Indy Outlaw karts? Is the new track outdoors? Will racing be week night entertainment or weekend affairs.
If indoors, will racing happen in the winter when we are all shut in and starving for racing?

What video? If the test one, it answered none of my questions.

You didn't notice it was outside, and plenty dusty?

The test video has a reason why it was dusty. We went there with Indy Outlaw Karts to show them what an Outlaw Kart was to introduce the idea of having races and they loved what they saw and wanted to see them go around the track and the first few laps was pure dust because there was NO track prep done or nothing on the track since last year. So they got the water truck filled and put some water down and it was great as can be.
So that is where the June 20th fair race came about, so we and IOK are giving it a go!

Indy Outlaw Karts is an organization run by Chuy and Susannah Stapp and they will be doing the Hendrick County Fairgrounds which will be monthly and weekly racing. The dirt has been placed and will be shaping it next week with racing pretty soon. They are working on an indoor venue for winter as well.

We hope anyone interested can come out and watch and support the newest racing that will be coming to the Indy area.

If you want to learn more about purchase come to the showroom at the shop, visit qrckarts.com as well or RFC, SKE.

Outlaw Kart classes: Beginner Box Stock (ages 5-8) clone engine, Box stock (ages 8-13) clone engine, Intermediate (ages 10 & up) 125cc or 250 stroke, Opens (ages 14-retirement) 500cc or 450cc. Dirt bike type.

THANKS and hope this information helps.
