I was just thinking that these guys and gals work hours on end just to put on a event and a place for teams to run that someone could give em a two seater ride or if they are qualified a few hot laps.

Just seems strange that some promotors have never been around their track at the speed it was designed for. Mostly they get around at 20mph or less.
