With everyone wanting to see USAC here or there & discussing car counts why not have a co-sanction USAC/BOSS at Limaland, Waynesfield & Millstream in 2017. I'm guilty of wanting to see USAC at The Field.

It would have to be two separate shows because of tire rules and sanction fees.

Qualifying, Hoosier Mandated RR, Sanction Fees. USAC License. Over half those there last week wouldn't be there.
Nothing wrong with having one of each. I got no problem with either, They are what they are, However what makes anyone thing the racing would be any better than last sunday in another format? Ninth to first and a twenty second to sixth?

That's exactly what I posted on another board about Sanctions. BOSS has the best sanction going about tire rules anyway. Monopoly anyone ? This was posted about what posters from another thread were saying right here on IOW. Just thought I'd throw it out there.

Why would BOSS want to share their success with USAC?

I think from a promoters standpoint this would be a tough one to make money on

Alright it was something said about someone would like to USAC at Millstream & someone else said why would you like to see only 25 cars. I just thought that maybe a co-sanctioned event you'd see double that. Rules could be waived for such an event.
I know what you mean Bill May as a lot of USAC drivers like to run for 1500 to win. This is also why I like going to BOSS events, pretty much no rules. You go Aaron Fry. |

Better yet... No need for USAC, just have BOSS paying out a full USAC purse on a open weekend. LOL

. That would be a great thing to do since usac does not have a lot of sprint dates after sprint week save the usac sanction fee.and pay it out to the drivers.
