Not sure what tracks are "local" to you but I would suggest contacting any and all tracks directly. I do not know you personally so I don't know if you have experience. So I would suggest offering your help in any area they may need just to get your foot in the door. If you are just getting started, see if you can be an assistant first. That will get you familiar with the procedures of the track until you are ready to go at it yourself. I hope that helps a little and I wish you the best of luck.
