The Lincoln Park Speedway played host to the Premiere Support Series this past Wednesday, the MMSA would support the World of Outlaws for the only time in 2016. The midweek show boasted 30 Winged Warriors poised to share the clay with some of the biggest names in racing.
The track was very tricky but fast during World of Outlaws qualifications with NASCAR's Kyle Larson setting the quick time. By the end of the W.O.O qualifications the cushion was easily up to curb height, leading the officials to decide to rework the track. The track prep was completed and the MMSA was called for hot laps, the 30 cars were split into three heats with the top 16 in passing points transferring into the big dance. Heat one was dominated by the (#12) of Michael Roehling who made his first appearance of 2016, he was followed to the line by Dave Dorsett (#15) and the (#77) of Justin Lewis. Heat 2 was won by AMSA regular Ty Tilton (#42) followed by Anthony Haas (#81h), and current points leader Scott Bradley (#1x). Heat 3 was won by Danny Fitzgerald (88x), just ahead of Rod Henning (#10h) and the (#14) of Kyle Hathaway. Heat race results brought to you by Bradley-Myers Excavating LLC.

A stacked Parker-Morely Designs last chance race proved to be exciting with only (4) drivers making the transfer. The (#2m) of Colin Miller would take the checkers, followed by the (#18c) of Cindy Chambers, the (#10c) of Chris Baumeyer, and the last transfer spot went to the rookie Mark Horning (#22). Chase Hayhurst would take the Swat Pest Control provisional to start 21st.

The Hoosier Speed "A" Main Event rolled off with Roehling (#12) bringing the field to green, Roehling would jump out to a quick lead, with Fitzgerald (#88x), Tilton (#42), Bradley (#1x) , and Henning (#10h) in tow. Roehling (#12) was widely left unchallenged as the positions behind him were up for grabs. By the mid way point the (#10h) worked is way up through the field as Roehling fell of the pace due to mechanical failure. Henning (#10h) would take the point and not look back taking his 3rd victory in 2016 MMSA competition. He would be followed to the line by Bradley (#1x), Fitzgerald (#88x), Tilton (#42), and Anthony Haas (#81h) would round out the top 5.

Tyler Kendall was the big mover finishing 9th taking home the Watson Racing Engines Hard Charger.
