Saw an ad early last week, that Metronet, at least in the Seymour area, is now serving up MavTv, to it's subscribers, I called, and it is in fact doing this, cost, depending on which package you have, and it also comes with some other sports related items, don't they always, but anyway, I was told that with the package I have now, it would cost me $4.00 and some change, to add it to my monthly bill. Thought I'd just pass that along, they have been promising it for a good while, looks like it may be happening. Bob

Its worth it to see a little nonwing action. Being I'm a long way from a nonwing car I got the package I had to get.
Depending on your outlook they also have a lot of crap on. Dirty30 usually has good stuff, mostly nonwing. Today was a bust, Must see sprint series. That's the last thing anyone needs to see. They also had a winged race on from Knoxville just before dirty30, there were maybe 150 people in the stands. The tv announcer was screaming about the battle for 5th place. ![]() |

Why so negative about MAVTV airing other forms of sprint car racing? I enjoy all sprint car racing including non-wing.Any network airing any sprint car racing is great.I'm certain if MAVTV only aired non-wing sprint car racing it wouldn't last forever because nobody outside of Indiana or California gives a %*&^ about non-wing sprint car racing. I'm thankful for ALL sprint car racing MAVTV airs.

I enjoy racing, dirt flying sideways racing. Not a outright spectacle of speed with little to no real racing.
It would maybe be watchable if they took the wings off and let them burn up more than one right rear. The only interesting thing was watching the guy in the dirt car burn up his tires. What do you expect when the site is called Indiana Open Wheel and is supposedly dedicated to nonwing dirt racing ? I'm sure I'm not the only winged/pavement hater on here. Who cares what my opinion is. I've always had one and never keep it secret, most likely my worse and best attribute. On one of previous posts it was suggested that maybe I was a bit hard, maybe some of you guys are a bit soft. |

Back when Dish had MAV, it was the easiest $4 per month I ever spent. They dropped it so I dropped them.
If you prefer cars over the Kardashians, I think you'll love it. |
