Hmmm, is Lawrenceburg at risk of cancelation for the sprinters? TBD I suppose.

We are finishing up a large drainage project that will allow us to handle the rainfall much better. The track part of was finished this week and there is no standing water in the infield today. In years past, when it rained this much, the infield and track would fill up like a pond as the drains could not clear it away fast enough. We are now working on tying the pit area and parking areas in for the same results. The inability to get people parked and out afterwards was the biggest issue for this weekend.

Brian are you laying down any lime in the Pits where it is just dirt now? Better to get traction on, a little less messy. Looking forward to being back at Montpelier in a Sprint Car this season!
