I am putting together my month of may schedule at Indy and various tracks. I do have a couple of questions.

I can not find information on the general admission costs for Silver Crown at the Indy Mile, and Lucas Oil Raceway. Also, I am going off of 2014 prices, but is $30 fair enough to figure on for the Little 500? Are spectators allowed in the infield at the Mile and is it okay to bring a football or something during down time like you do at Terre Haute?

Also, how feasible is it to make it from the Carb Day events, staying through the concert, to Bloomington. Will be staying in Bloomington this night before making a motel home in Anderson. Is there enough time to make it from the 500 parade to Lucas Oil Speedway for the race, and from Lucas Oil Speedway to Anderson without missing the start?

Any help from those that have done this, or attempted to, or the locals would be appreciated.

Will be doing the Bryan Clauson Double package, any advice on that from anyone that has done it? Looks to be the best bargain in Auto Racing.

Thank You

I believe general admission at the Hoosier Hundred is $30.00 but don't quote me on that. It's been a while since i've been in the grandstands!

I received my reorder form for the Little 500 just a few days ago. Reserved seating is now $35. I don't know about GA.

It sounds like the concert on Carb Day is packed and traffic on 37 can be a headache. If the concert ends around 5:00, it may take a while to get to Bloomington.

Infield for Hoosier Hundred is/was $15. Can save a few $ at THAT if doing infield. Just a thought.

if you buy a advance ticket to the grandstand for fairgrounds you can get in infield with it and take the tunnel under the front straight to the grandstands

Thank you everyone for the help.

We are prepared to make it to Bloomington in time for features. That is okay with us, as the Journey concert is one of the major draws of us going to Carb Day. The last time there were in town here I think tickets were in the $150 range. So $30 for Indy Car final practice, Indy Lights, and the Concert (if I understand everything correctly) is a deal to us! I am afraid of the traffic nightmare we may encounter on 37.

I am relieved to hear spectators can go to the infield at the Mile. That will be my first taste of the big cars on a dirt mile. Pretty stoked for that!

Drifter, you should be stoked ! There's nothing sexier than a champ car at the fairgrounds. Also if you are going to the infield, feel free to take a football or frisbee.... And don't forget your grill. You will enjoy it my friend.
