Silver Crown Engine question

I noticed that Dave Darland, Kevin Thomas and CJ Leary all had Toyota on the hood of there cars at the last race. Are they running Toyota motor's, and if so is there any cross over or support from NASCAR teams or engine suppliers going on here?

I know Toyota has one of the silver crown motors in their display at the nascrap races. If it's anything like the midget motor deal is say TRD builds and leases them to teams.
