Gage Walker Returns to Macon Speedway

After a few weeks off from racing, Gage Walker will be back behind the wheel of his #7x at Macon Speedway for a full weekend of midget action. The central Illinois race track is hosting the “POWRi Freedom Fest” on Friday and Saturday for a big 4th of July weekend.

This race comes just one month after Walker’s most recent appearance at the speedway on June 6, where he finished third in his Qualifier and fought a flat tire late in the feature to finish 12th. He and his family-owned team are looking to build on the information they gained last time out at the 1/5th mile dirt track to claim an even better finish each night.

It should be a perfect weekend for racing and fireworks, so come by and cheer on Gage Walker as he races his red #7x midget in the POWRi doubleheader!
