I've noticed the temperature for my city is missing on the Accuweather on the IOW home page the last few days. Anybody else have this issue?

I experienced the same thing. The issue was resolved for me after I clicked on the AccuWeather.com link (which appears under where the map normally displays). Obviously, this will open up a separate page for AccuWeather. I simply closed out of that page and then refreshed IOW and it started working again. Hope this works for you as well!
