The Midwest TQ Racing League presented by Jenmarco.com event scheduled for May 16th at the Montpelier Motor Speedway has been cancelled. With saturated grounds from an inch of rain yesterday, rain this morning, and a forecast for additional rain throughout the day, track officials do not foresee a window of clear weather to be able to complete this evenings racing program.

The MTQRL season is now set to open on May 23rd at the Shelby County Fairgrounds in Shelbyville, Ind. Information on this event should be posted to the MTQRL website, www.mtqrl.com, later this weekend.
