DMA MIDGETS CONTINUE MAY 16 AT BRADFORD;

SUNN SHINES IN BEAR RIDGE OPENER

Bear Ridge Speedway in Bradford, Vt. hosts all but one of this year’s USAC DMA Midget races and is the May 16 venue when the series resumes.

Josh Sunn of White River Junction, Vt. won Saturday night’s 20-lap USAC DMA Midget Series opener at Bradford. He passed Jeff Horn on lap eight and led the rest of the way to beat Adam Pierson, Horn, Adam Whitney and Dean Christensen.

Sunn’s point lead after the opener stands at 12 points after last Saturday’s event, one of five this year awarding “double points.”
