A few days out from the Kokomo GP + sprints. Anyone know how the tracks holding up? I know they do a great job having the track race ready but a lot of the "R" word lately with more forecasted up until late Thursday/early Friday. Hoping to get off work early Friday and make my way down there.

this morning had a lot of rain, tomorrow morning seems to be the same, nothing from usac or the track so far, did see a pic of the pits With standing water in it so who knows?

Not looking very good.... Push it back a day to Saturday/Sunday afternoon?

last I checked the comfort inn was full for the weekend. I hope it goes on as scheduled. if not, play the cards dealt.

At the Kokomo Klash two years ago, I seen them spreading saw dust on the track so they could race that night. We got there 3-4 hours before hot laps the inside of the track was under water, and the pits. They ended up with a huge car count, great racing too. Hope they get it all in regardless what days.

Just saw on Facebook tomorrow is canceled sat is on as scheduled.. So I'd say 1 day show only..
