The Cushion web site says we have to have 2.0 Mbps to watch. I only have standard DSL @ 1.3, but it was good enough for Dean Mills' USAC videos the last couple of years. Has anyone watched TheCushion at that speed?

I've watched PPV from TheCushion.com many times at a very similar speed; you should be fine. They probably are saying 2 Mb/s to cover their ass.

Unfortunately, it's NG. It's buffering about once a lap. I'll suffer through tonight's main, but won't attempt it again. BTW, it's worth noting that, when I registered for TheCushion, the emailed a confirmation with my id and password in clear text. That is dumb.

Now, the whole thing has died, just before the A Main. Damn.

TheCushion support came through. Had me clear the cache and try again. That did it. I was able to watch the feature ok, with very little buffering.
Good show. |

You can set your web browser to only save a certain amount in cache- I'd recommend fooling around with those settings. That way, you'll never have to worry about that problem again. Glad you got to see the feature!
