Anyone out there work on hot set up heaters?

What brand is it again? I got a Hot Shot, myself. Really nice unit!

Talked to them earlier in the year and he told me that they where the manufacturer and didn't work on them, but couldn't tell me who could

Wow, that is not good customer service at all! Hot Shot Engine Heaters are made in Michigan by Ken Quimby and he works on them if needed too. Way cheaper too, if you need a new one.
