With 2 races in the next 6 days (IRP and Hoosier Hundred) I was hoping to see more hype. Heard a radio commercial on Q95 for the dirt race that mentioned Kenny Schrader in his modified, but no mention of any other drivers. Have not heard a word about the pavement race. Where is the promotion that is to lead to growth?
Thanks groove grabber. I am looking forward to both of these shows. Have been to the fairgrounds many times for the hoosier and wouldn't miss it.
What I would like to see is more people in the stands. This is where promotion is key. I have not seen the facebook posting that Chuck mentioned and I doubt the casual fan (the ones we really need to keep this sport growing) have either. I wish only success to all teams involved and hope this division grows and thrives. That being said, where is an entry list for Saturday?
addictedtodirt, we have shared the flier and radio ad on our Facebook page http://facebook.com/MaconRacing as well as Twitter as well as here. We always appreciate feedback as to where eyeballs are looking. We want the Hoosier Hundred to be a successful event for fans and drivers alike.

This is the same thing they did last year. Rather than play up the fact that they had an Indy 500 driver (BC) in the race, even the poster was about Schrader driving a modified. Disappointing, to say the least.
