It was sometimes a pain in the ass, a ton of work, alot of carrying and planning, but all for a great cause. This has been my laziest Daytona 500 Sunday ever, but i do miss it. Now all we need is a race. God Bless Eleanor and all the hard work she did for so many years.
Whatever the case, Rich will never be forgot. I barely got to watch him (studied some tapes AFTER 1990); but think of him almost every day/almost every time I race (always wishing I had as much talent as he did in his pinky).
Actually, cleaning some papers last week, found a PRE-www, wiki style "fact sheet" I made up on EVERY attempt he made at the 500... I was always not to normal...lol.
