18th ANNUAL BUDWEISER OVAL NATIONALS THIS WEEK!

(Perris, CA, October 29, 2013) Facts and figures on the this week's 18th Annual Budweiser Oval Nationals Presented by All Coast Construction at Perris Auto Speedway.

• WHERE: "Southern California's Home to Major League Sprint Car Racing," Perris Auto Speedway on the Lake Perris Fairgrounds (18700 Lake Perris Drive, Perris, CA 92571)
• TRACK: 1/2 mile clay oval.
• WHEN: Thursday, October 31, Friday, November 1st and Saturday, November 2nd.
• WHO: The Amsoil USAC National & CRA Sprint Cars (Friday & Saturday), USAC West Coast & Southwest Sprint Car Grudge Series (Thursday), California Lightning Sprint Cars (Friday & Saturday) and PAS Senior Sprints (Friday & Saturday).
• TIMES: Spectator gates will open at 4:00 PM on Thursday & Friday and 3:00 PM Saturday.
• ALL COAST CONSTRUCTION $5,000.00 BONUS MONEY: $3,000.00 extra for the top four finishing 360’s competing against the 410’s on Friday and Saturday ($750.00, $350.00, $250.00, $150.00 each night) and $1,000.00 for the top three finishers in the PAS Senior Sprints and California Lightning Sprint Car main events on Saturday ($500.00, $300.00, $200.00 each).
• TONY JONES HARD CHARGER AWARD: To the driver who passes the most cars in Saturday’s A main event.
• RAY SCHEETZ MECHANIC OF THE RACE AWARD: Named after the legendary crew chief who had 10 sprint car championships and 155 race wins.
• PRACTICE: Free for fans in the grandstands at 6:00 PM Wednesday. $2.00 pizza, beer and soft drinks.
• PROGRAM: Qualifying, heats, preliminary and A Mains each night.

• AUTOGRAPH SESSION: 3:00 - 4:00 PM Saturday on the front straightaway.’
• HALLOWEEN COSTUME CONTEST: On Thursday the 31st at the 360 Nationals, there will be free candy around the facility for kids who come in Halloween costumes and there will be separate costume contests for kids and adults.

Thanks Scott. I have to agree with you, it is more difficult to promote with limited information. I doubt if I am the only one who would like to know. I'll try to get some names and numbers of anyone who comes to practice this afternoon and post that later this evening. Not ideal, but it is a start. Thanks again for all the information you post.
