I have not been on that stretch of I275 (South) but last time I was on I74E the construction was right after the entrance ramp to I275S. You should be good to go.

It is the best route to Belle-Clair Speedway!

Light traffic in Boise. A little heavier in Hotfud and Portland(rain)......
