Team 6R Racing has made a change of drivers for the remaining 2 races of the schedule. New driver, Chris Bell will replace long time team driver Brian Tyler. The Team wishes Brian all the best going forward in all that he does. Look for the Toyota powered Silver Crown Car at DuQuion and Eldora and wish rookie driver Bell all the best.

Brian Tyler really has a talent for moving forward on the miles. Hope he comes up with a quality ride.

Enjoyed talking with Bryan prior to the Springfield race along with a few other IOW buddies... Sounded like he really loves this division. Really hope he picks up a good car for DuQuoin.

Kinda sucks but sure hope Brian finds a ride for the last 2 races. There are plenty of cars sitting around idle that could go fast with Brian behind the wheel. This is a great opportunity for Chis Bell so let's hope for some good results.

Brian Tyler is definitely one of the best in the big cars.

I wonder if Chris brings money . Brian was the one on the team that didn't have to.

In this day and age I would say, yes.

So Chris Bell wins Belleville, Illinois Midget Week, and Indiana Midget Week and we are worried about whether he brought money to a Silver Crown ride. Oh yea, forgot to mention he finished top 5 in Sprint Week points.
I mean no disrespect to Brian Tyler as he has accomplished more in Silver Crown Cars than damn near anyone in the history of the series. But to think that someone would be criticized for wanting Chris Bell to drive their car must not be following the same form of racing I have been following this summer. Best of luck to Chris Bell and the 6-R team. I am sure Brian Tyler will land on his feet somewhere as he is one of the best. Tate Martz
