Trying to decide on Labor Day plans. We have thought of doing Terre Haute and DuQouin but Sun Prairie would be appealing except for the added distance. (Especially for us!) Thoughts?

Terre Haute and DuQuoin. Two legendary places instead of one. Also, if you want ARCA also runs at DuQuoin on labor day. It isn't a bad show either.

I know this isn't what you asked, but I would go to Terre Haute and then either the Vince Osman Memorial race at Kokomo (with fireworks) or MSCS at Tri-State Speedway. I know that Tri-State is closer to Terre Haute than DuQuoin and not sure about Kokomo, but I think it may be. For sure you will see more cars and more competition (passing) at Kokomo or Tri-State.

I will be doing Terre Haute and DuQuoin. Hate to miss Haubstadt, but since DuQuoin switched to night racing, it is unavoidable.

Thanks folks for the input. As open wheel fans with lots of options, but 500 + miles to go to each we appreciate the ideas!

Just can't miss Silver Crown cars under the lights on a dirt mile during the fair!

Sun Prairie without a doubt. The Prairie is one of my favorite tracks in the country. Every race there feels like a special event.
