Well, I've finally got the last of my weekend photos posted, Springfield. Great show on the mile. Racing through the field, and great dicing for the lead. Shane Cockrum's boys impressed me the most. From the fence to fifth, good work guys. Hot laps were incredible, nothing like watching a Champ car lead into the corner right rear first.

As for AJ Fike, congratulations. It's nice to see a good guy win. AJ has worked his butt off at his craft to get where he is. He proves that perseverance pays off. The other person who impressed me was Jarett Andretti.First time on a mile, and looked good doing it as a rookie. Didn't over drive or get stupid, as some rookies do on occasion . Over all just a great day of racing. Next , the Magic Mile, DuQuoin. That is definitely worth the drive. Now the photos, at
www.Racephoto1.com , and thanks for looking.
