For the first time this season, the 410 nonwing sprints will hit the big 1/4 mile at Plymouth Speedway!

August 3 will see the 410 Sprints going for $1500 to win, along with the 2nd summer shootout round for the IMODs that will pay $480 to win. Also on the big track will be a very competitive and growing field of Super Streets and Thunder Stocks.
It doesn't end there, USAC 600 nonwing sprints along with USAC 600 restricted winged sprints will hit the fast inner-track 1/6 mile to continue their season-long battle for the FIRST EVER USAC 600 sprint champion.

That's 6-in-1 Show to kick off August! Lot's of racing, lots of cars, and lots of laps at Plymouth Speedway . . . the Playground of Power.

Was at the track Saturday night and I have to say that Larry Kemp and Bob Sargent and the guy that looks like Willie from Duck Dynasty, had the place the best I have seen it. I know that will have it good for this weekend for the sprints. The Thunder car feature was on the top and the bottom for the win the whole race. The owner from Florida is really making the place nice with a clean pit and clean rest rooms. and a very friendly staff. And they had us on the road going home at 10:23pm

Got to give these folks at the Plymouth Speedway credit where it's due.
Track keeps getting better each week.
Early in the season the track was rough and now it's been very smooth.
If they figure out how to make that clay hold more moisture and make it more tacky it will be a FAST place to race.
Couple years down the road this could very well best the best track in Northern Indiana aside from Kokomo.
Nice Staff, Owner & Promoter are 2 very nice people to talk to and are not rude, Decent racing, Good clean facility.
In my opinion they've come a long way in a short period of time and it's easy to see they are using every resource available to them to make the facility that much better each week.
Things can only get better the way they are headed and doing things.
Hope to see a good field of 410 Non-Wing Sprint Cars next weekend at Plymouth.

I am very glad to hear that this track is looking good. It will be nice to have two tracks in northern Indiana worth going to. I hate to have to drive the 240 miles to Kokomo for one show and then go back home, but that is unfortunately what it has come to. I welcome the opportunity for a Saturday/Sunday double header. I encourage Plymouth and Kokomo to synchronize so they run the same weekends.

Bad night for Plymouth to try and debut wingless sprints. Anyone coming from Indy, it's about the same drive to there as it is the lawrenceburg. 1500 to win is goin to be hard to get a decent amount of cars against Hewitt, boss, and any other local shows running. I'm glad they're trying though

I agree speedracer but i am glad that they are giving it a shot. I have seen that some of the team really don't race for the money, just a nice place to race and where they get treated well and from what i see Plymouth is that place. Remember want to make a million in racing start with 2 million.

Any idea of what people might think the car count will be and who might show up?
