Engine died on me saturday at montpelier in the a main. thought i had blown up but everything mechanical is in good condition as it was before. Kept investigating and it has a very very weak spark. Checked coils and wire and they are good. New plugs, cleaned the trigger plate. Is there a way to check the dyna box it's self. The red light pulses showing normal timing when cranking. Just grasping straws at this point. My current setup is a 1992 gsxr1100 with the complete dyna2000 system. Any ideas are appreciated. Thank you

JMHO, never did care for the Dyna 2000, or anything but the std Dyna S, for simple I guess, it has proven worthy of the pressures of racing for many years, the 2000 is expensive, and very acceptable to destroying itself thru a bad ground. Bob!

I use these on both my cars. Heat destroys them but since u can't put it in the car I ran an air duct to it to help keep it cool. Agreed if it doesn't have a good ground or if you run the battery low and keep going it will burn it up. I would start by checking all the simple stuff plug wires etc. Also check gewires going to the coil. I think they arewhite and green. Make sure u are getting 12 v to the box and if u can't fig it out call them they are very helpful 16267714174 also check your orange kill switch wire and make sure it is groundwater t grounded
