I wouldn't run a 9.1 Unless you are going to play huggy pole. I'd go with somewhere between an 8.6 To an 8.9.

When I ran there prior to the track changes, I ran a 9.1. That's in an acro rear end. I think some even ran a 9.4.
Perhaps the 8.6 to 8.9 was meant for a winters rear end, but that's really tall for an acro.

Not at this point. The car is for sale and we have a potential buyer. If that falls through, We'll list it publically.

In the past I've ran everything from an 8.6 to a 10.12 with a Winters, that track will really fool ya, when it was a higher bank, you needed a 10.12 just to get up off/out of the turns, and 3-4 was a buggar, you really had to diamond it a lot, to get up on the front straight, then what RR and stagger you runnin, that's a big figure also, big difference between a 71-74, or a 68-69 RR. A 9.1 will keep the Rpm in a safe zone. Ya gotta start somewhere, but don't expect it to be the same gear next time. Bob

Bob, was that 10.12 With the 600 engine, turning 12,000 Plus? I NEVER ran anything lower than an 8.9 And always turned 10,700 to 10,900.
