I usually give updates from Bloomington but my internet was out last night. I apologize

Heres my view of the Sprint Feature, may not be the best, but this is what will be going into the newspaper tomorrow.

Jon Stanbrough was looking to win his third straight feature in the Sprint Car division. Stanbrough had to start tenth due to the track rule dictating that you can not start any better than tenth if you have won two features in a row. Kenny Biro led the first circuit, as Stanbrough began picking off cars. By lap five, Stanbrough had moved up to the third position. While Stanbrough was moving forward, Dickie Gaines took the lead away from Biro. Bobby Stines then moved into the runner up position, only to see Stanbrough fly around him for the spot on lap eight. It only took three more laps for Stanbrough to take the point from Gaines, using the bottom of the track to his advantage. As Stanbrough began to pull ahead from the pack, a tight battle began to brew for second between Gaines, Brady Short, and Stines. The three would trade positions throughout the last part of the event, with Short ultimately taking the second position. Stanbrough would go unhindered the rest of the way, picking up his third straight win at Bloomington ahead of Short, Stines, Gaines, and Jeff Bland, Jr.

Heat winners were Jon Sciscoe, Danny Holtsclaw, Stanbrough, and Stines. Two B-Mains were needed with Chase Briscoe and Jesse Cramer taking the wins.

Thanks Chris, you answered our question as to why he started 10th. I think he could have started last and still won. Nice run from the back to the front in the 2nd B by Jesse Cramer. Also good job by Chase Briscoe winning the 1st B
