New Usac Southwest tour announces Schedule

The Aug 22 race has been announced to be at 81 Speedway in Whicita, Ks and the 23-24 race to be held at Dodge City.

This is great news for all of us down here in the Southern Plains. The sprint bandits always had big crowds at all the tracks they went to.

It would be nice if Lakeside Speedway in Kansas City could be part of the midwest swing. They were always the cornerstone of the wingless tours of the midwest in the past.

I think Lakeside is done as far as sprint cars go. looks like the total focus is on USMTS.

Not sure how good the new trac prep would be with them anyway. Probably be a tippy toe around the huggy pole deal or a rubber down train.
