Someone here give me the low down on the KISS series. Who's in charge of it, who does the officiating, who puts up the money, etc. I thought I read some where that it was first devised by Gerry Olsen?

The KISS series is organized and run by the individual track promoters. Dawn Moss is the KISS Coordinator and Mike O'Leary is the PR person. Their website is www.kissracing.com and it will give you some history. The officiating is done by each local track and goes according to their rules including tire regulations. As far as who puts up the money and where it comes from I don't know. I hope this helps.
