i thought this track was closed?last posted was terry kelley was going to open it and then couldnt get in agreement with the owners,so they canceled the whole season,,,this is te track down in southern indiana right?? humm

It was Tim Kelley with the track promoter there. It was never closed, they race motorcross there, just haven't raced on the oval for awhile.

Hello, yes I wanted to promote races there and still do. Was told that I didn't have enough support. I would really like to purchase the track and run TQ's and non-wing mini sprints there on a regular basis. I had put together a 15 race schedule with 4 TQ show and 3 mini-sprint shows along with the regular weekly racing groups. My ultimate goal would be to run non-wing sprints and ump mods several times a year. I hope everyone will support the Sept. 29th King of Indiana Midget show there. Maybe if the race is a success, I will be able to get the track and make it a show place for the 1/4 mile racer. See you there on the 29th! Tim

This is going to be a good show September 29th....T.E. Promotions puts on good TQ shows and has plenty of drivers willing to show up for the shows. There show in North Vernon two weeks ago was a good night of TQ racing. Everyone should come out for the re-birth of this track and support T.E. Promotions and the King of TQ series.....We wont dissapoint.
