Bob Dawson wins his first ever ISMA Supermodified feature at Sandusky tonight followed Dave Shullick Jr, Moe Lilje, Witkum, Lichty, Locke, Sammut, Jederzek, Lesecki,Rayvals, Cicconi, Ice.

Johnny Benson brought out a red flag early in the race when the #74 was smoking and oiling the track. Lap 12 saw Stephens spin in the #19 after wporking his way up to 6th from his 11th place starting spot.

At half way it was Dawson, Lichty, Cicconi, Shullick, Locke, Lilje, Ice, Sammut, Witkum and Jederzek. Lichty would bring out the next caution when he spun trying to get by Dawson. The caution would fly again on lap 42 when Ice and Locke got together, Ice going off with a flat tire was able to return. Cicconi also went to the pits under caution.
Ryan Conian was a DNF in his heat race, not sure if he started feature.

Heat 1 finish Benson, Dawson, Stephens, Witkum, Ice, Locke, Lesecki, Coniam DNF.

Heat 2 finish Sammut, Cicconi, Lilje, Lichty, Jederzek, Shullick, Rayvals, Gibson.

congrats to bob, i was there when he was a rookie at the lil 500 for auxter and have followed him since. is cicconi still saying bobby who as he did at south bend last season?

Thanks for the info. So the total number of cars was 16? Going to see them race tonight with the sprint cars at Berlin.

Yes the total number was 16, the same number MSR had in Michigan last night. Should be a good car count tonight when teams from both groups run at Berlin, at least that is what I am thinking. Enjoy yourself tonight.
