1. I sure miss the old Hoosier Fall Classics from the 80's and 90's.
2. Rick Ferkel was and always will be my favorite Sprint car driver.
3. There were more unreal and spectacular sprint car photos taken at Ascot than anywhere else.
4. The Chili bowl needs more seating.
5. Sprint car racing is a hobby, not a sport. But on the other hand sprint car racing is a sport, not a hobby.
6. The first 2 issues of Open Wheel magazine were the best magazines in the history of man.
7. Dry, slick, dusty and rubbered down sucks.
8. Steve Kinser is the BEST! PERIOD!
9. Sprint cars paint schemes looked way better in the 70's and 80's
10. Graders are meant for grading tracks, not being parked in the infield to give the impression that the track has been graded.
11. Cushions are cool.
12. I miss the old NCRA vs USAC Champ car series.
13. Speed channel sucks sometimes, but it would suck all the time without Speed channel.
14. I have enough old Mid-American and NSSN papers to fill a large oil freighter.
