What an exciting long week of racing! Nice job to all drivers and crews!
What a rotten race track! Why didn't someone go out and work it ? There's plenty of time to do it. Next, why didn't someone call Kevin Thomas Jr. for sticking at least three wheels at one point over the inside birm? Isn't this some sort of penalty? They better start sticking some tires out there or let'em run a demo derby format! The finale... When Stanbrough passed Jones and a lap and a half later, the yellow comes out and USAC gives Jones his spot back... I realize that both Clauson and Jones are USAC's golden children, but c'mon! I think even Levi was suprised that they gave his spot back. Nuff said!

I guess I'm the only person who didn't think the track was that terrible. Yeah it slicked off a bit but overall I thought it was fairly racy. I've seen much, much worse!

Rotten racetrack?? A little dusty, but I happened to see two and sometimes three wide racing all over the place. The battle between DD and Shane could not have taken place on a rotten track.

Just wish I hadn't had to work, sounds like a great race. Some people are never happy, there were actually people complaining about tri state last night, and that was one of the best races I've ever seen.

Why no one worked on the LPS track.

Only real way to fix the track once its sealed over is by using a power harrow and the track doesn't have one yet. (All my cheeseburger purchases should help eventually)

Just adding water won't help it and using a grader would take to much time.

For me it was a great sprint week! I was able to enjoy races at Kokomo and LPS. Just nothing better than being at a race track.

Congrats to the winners!

Tonight is a night that I am really glad I'm not a track promoter. ****** if you do, ****** if you don't. Spiker doesn't work the track and you wanna b1t*h about how bad the track was, if he would've reworked it everyone would've been on here b1t*hing about how late it was when we got out of there on a Sunday night. Track might not've been as good as we had a shot to see on Thursday, however as there was some passing (KTjr from about 13th to 2nd, infield or not). All in all another good night of ISW.

It should've been worked all night after the Sat. Night show was complete. Earl Baltes used to be out on the track with the grader after the last feature and worked the track all night to get ready for the 2nd day of a 2 day show. It's not fun, but that is the only way, they could've had a better track tonight.

JT, Joe started working on the track at 11:30pm Saturday night after the races. Worked until 3:40am. Got a couple hours of sleep and back up at 6am and worked all day.

It is what it is...
