Every person on IOW knows how much their racing buddies mean to them, Robb and each one of us can feel your pain, because it makes us think what it would be like if one of those extended family members was all of a sudden gone. Be strong, go to Sprint Week and let this great racing sweep you away and at least for those few moments, let it take it away from the pain you're feeling. When I lost my dad last year, racing was the one thing that helped me escape.

Shocked to hear about this. I knew Mike from his boys running the Rumble In Fort Wayne quarter midgets. He was a big supporter of racing. He is on my Facebook page...

He was one of the forces behind the Kokomo Quarter Midget Club. I didn't know him well, but I know he was a good man. ? It's hard to believe.

Very sorry to hear this. Thoughts are with you and all his friends and family.

RIP...MIke,
I met Mike back when our kids ran at Kokomo. He was always a big help at the track. I didn't get to see Mike often due to logistics (but when we did cross paths it was usually at a race track) There was always a big smile and a hug. Had the opportunity to sit with Travis and Mike last year at Gas City and were able to recall some of the memories and fun that we had.
Loved racing and loves his kids.
He will be missed.
