Great to see MSR growing foreward, there seems little doubt that a club with a "racer" providing the leadership is thriving in the same market as others have failed. Me and my gang would not miss this show for any other, this will be epic! Also, looking foreward to the 2012 MSR season!

It all sounds pretty good.
But just from a fan's perspective - I would rather the event be underhyped and I be overwhelmed than for it to be overhyped and I'm underwhelmed. If you present a quality product, it will speak for itself. Word will get around. People will come back. ![]() |

I am not sure what is worse a sanctioning body being a slave to a tire company or the tire companies dictating who enters an event. No offence to anyone on the Super Mod entry list, but without the support of MSA and ISMA the fans are going to suffer. Just my opinion.

Thanks EBAY. Really looking forward to this. I don't hit a lot of asphalt and this is an excellent event to take my father-in-law to as he has never been to Winchester. Add in Kokomo' Sunday show and...wow!

Not sure where you were informed that there would be 30 Supers? I've never read or heard Jim Hanks say there would be 30 Supers at Winchester. If you read this somewhere please share this with us as I'd be highly interested in seeing this. Considering these cars are not native to Central Indiana, I think 17 so far is remarkable. They are all from the Northern Ohio area or the East Coast. There have never been more than 14 all Supers at Winchester in the past. 17 is a good start. These guys are driving 4-5 hours and a few even longer to participate. I'm thankfull that Jim Hanks is attempting to revive Supers at Winchester as I love these cars.
