May 5th Test & Tune Cancelled

The Midwest TQ Racing League Test & Tune scheduled for Saturday afternoon May 5th has been cancelled.

MTQRL officials took into consideration the current weather conditions and forecast in making this decision. Rain is already approaching the Shelbyville area and the predictions are for a 70% chance of rain overnight into tomorrow morning and a 50% chance tomorrow afternoon.

In weighing the expense of our car owners and drivers to travel to a practice session with a forecast that is not favorable league officials came to the conclusion that it would be in the best interests of our competitors to cancel the Test & Tune.

The next event on the MTQRL schedule is the season opener on Saturday May 12th at the Jefferson County Fairgrounds in Madison, Ind.
