First I want to say that I love Open Wheel Dirt Racing and I so much enjoy Taking Pictures of the racing and sharing them on this Forum and other Racing sights. I agree in Freedom of speech and in no way want some bodies thoughts to be censored however when I posted the Pictures of Mark Perry's Crash at Terre Haute on April 22nd I did not think about the Young Man being bashed by posters on this board I am Glad that most posters were thankful he was not Hurt very bad but do to the way this was treated in the future I will put more thought into a picture before I post it I do not want to cause trouble for anyone with my photo's so last

I want to say to Mark Perry & his Family I am so sorry to have caused you any grief about something we all should Thank God for the young man's safety

You posted pictures w/o comment, so as long as you did not Photoshop or otherwise manipulate them, they you owe no one an apology. Did Zapruder owe JFK an apology because his photos / film of a assasination were so grisly?

Not your fault people made rude comments. On the other hand this statement shows your a very kind hearted person. Hope to meet you at the track one day.!!!! We need more race fans like you!

It is unfortunate people could find a way to be mean or unkind in a situation like this, but it doesn't surprise me either. Glad you are OK, Mark!!

Like I said in the other post. Just glad this wasn't a tragic ending. I do however feel pictures are important documentation in a investigation.

No matter what the reason it happened, ITS IMPORTANT IT DOESN'T HAPPEN AGAIN. It isn't the first incident of helmets coming off. Youtube is flooded with em i sprint/midgets alone.

Heal up Mark, Hope to see you at the track soon!

It's been said there are alot of great driver's / owner's in the grandstands. We just don't know who they are yet.
We have watched Mark race at Eldora, The burg and other places and he is on the gas. I would think safety is the most concern for all of the people who help him out.

Freedom of press and freedom of speech. I love the smell of the constitution in the evening smells like victory.

With exceptions - if you are on private property (Read that as privately owned website), then the property owner can tell you to leave (read as delete your post or ban you). The website owner is the one exercising freedom of speech, not you, and not I. Interesting huh - the constitution has "exceptions" .

Even with all the feed back good and bad, if you saved one life or prevented one injury with your photos, it far out weighs anything said here.
