Are Raceceivers Mandatory this season?

Ok, thanks Kenny. It would be nice if those that have them, could run them, to hear race control, and to help with restart lineups,etc.

Is there anything on their website that talks about the raceceivers being mandatory and when that will be? I know I saw it on IOW at one time, but I can't find anything on the website that would be "official"

they said it last year they will be mandorty this year,,,prolly just not enforcing the 1st couple of races..let everybody have a chance to get one

I do remember hearing about it at a driver's meeting I think. However, I just think it might be a good idea to put it on the website somewhere so people coming to race this season that missed the announcement last season will know they need one. Plus, when exactly are they mandatory? If you're gonna use the word "mandatory", you should probably provide as much information as possible. Just my opinion.
