I can remember when a tornado hit the Salem Speedway, they weren't so lucky, took a long while to get it back in business, don't remember the year, it's been a while ago, but it sure flattened everything but the race surface, and that's what needed smoothing! Bob!

Thanks Cmakin, I was wondering how Cowtown faired. I have a cousin and her family living in Coppell, Tx., had some anxious moments after my brother first told me about the tornadoes until I was able to reach her. It is amazing and a blessing no one was killed. My cousin and her family were safe, thank God; her car had hail damage but the important think was they as well as their neighbors were all safe.
Glad Cowtown and the racers are stepping up to help and they didn't sufffer heavy damage at Cowntown. Some of the pictures I have seen are unbelievable.
