Would anyone be interested in a one day bus trip for the Indy Car race in June at the Milwaukee mile ? Don't know what the cost would be I'am guessing about $ 60.00 per person plus race ticket. Trying to get IOW members ,families aand friends. Would leave from indy ,with a possible pick-up at lafayette.

Ruts n Guts were actually just talking about this idea yesterday morning. I know I would be interested in doing the trip (wife permitting, of course).

As for the cost of the bus, having just rented one for a Louisville trip, you could figure it to be about $48-$50 per person. That would be a 40 person bus out of Indy, and assuming they have similar rates as Lafayette Limo. I wonder if Andretti would be interested in selling a block of tickets for a good price?

I am interested. never been there before and I know some people who would really like to attend but they can not walk long distances. would the bus be able to drop people off pretty close to the stands?

Oh Man! That sounds like so much fun!
I suppose Hayward would be too far out of the way?

I don't know how close they park bus from stands. believe they have golf carts to transport those in need.

Racegal you know that Hayward isn't on the way to anywhere except the North Pole.

Be nice to people on the way up. You might need them on the way down. Jimmy Durante
