Attica Raceway Park To Require Goodyear Tires On The Front & Back of 410 Sprint Cars In 2012
Friday, 03 February 2012

(Attica, OH) Attica Raceway Park will require the O’Reilly Auto Parts 410 Sprints to compete with Goodyear tires on all four corners in 2012. The move comes about after the World of Outlaws and UNOH All Star Circuit of Champions organizations announced they would require teams to use Goodyear tires on the back and front this coming season.

Attica Raceway Park will also require Goodyears on all four corners of the 410 sprints in 2012.

Could of been worse as they could of chosen American Racer!

A few of us go to winged shows now and then.Attica and Fremont have very good weekly shows. The winged racing at Attica is better than Gas city and Bloomington.OK now let me have it.

American Racer has good tires too and they are way more affordable for the racer! The May 12th BOSS Sprint Car race will at least be open tire.

There was a day when I went to Gas City for the USAC shows, but the track prep for USAC shows was soooo soooo bad that wont go there anymore! I have not been to either Ohio tracks for a wing show, but, to say the racing is better that Bloomington is hard to imagine!!

The last couple of years they have only allowed Goodyear on the RR & LR and now Goodyear is requiring them to be on all 4 corners. Majority of the teams already had them on all four so it is really not that big of a deal.

We could get into the big debate on tires but it is what it is.
