From ESPN's Thursday Night Thunder back on July 27, 1995, it is the USAC National Midget Series at Indianapolis Raceway Park. This was pretty much the Thunder Series' home base from 1988 until 2002, so there were several USAC races that aired from this track. Gary Lee, Larry Rice, and Dave Despain have the call. Enjoy!
