That's just horrible. You had a feeling when they showed Jimmy Vasser and Kanaan's wife trying to console Tony, who looked inconsolable. The sport lost one of it's very best. R.I.P. Dan Wheldon.

The great Sid Collins tribute to Eddie Sachs after his crash in the 64 500 fits. We are all speeding towards death at rate of 60 minutes per hour. Dan left this world doing what he loved, behind the wheel of a racecar. I'm sure if given a choice he would have wanted that way.... God's speed Dan, you will be missed.
