Too small for silver crown cars for me. Besides I'll be broke by Sunday.

I just don't see it. Did you go to the midget races at Granite City last year? I would feel sorry for the poor guys that would have to go in there and follow that act. Plus, like Brent said, it's just a little too small for that division.

T.H.A.T sunday would've been just fine. Everyone who likes these cars needs to support Springfield and Du Quoin better next year regardless of weather or the whole thing could be in trouble. Look at some of the ovals on the IRL schedule that had poor attendance.....gone!!!!!

I applaud your effort, maybe tri city doesnt work but a few more shows on the schedule does. Would LOVE to see a Silver Crown, Midget nationals weekend at Belleville KS, 19 midget drivers in top 30 in USAC crown points, seems like a winner if USAC and Belleville could work for the greater good jmo

OK, KS does have a history with big cars so fan support may not be as poor as first thought, demographic of crown fans traditionally include those same veteran fans
