Up until a year ago today, there was nothing I loved more than cheering for, talking about, watching, helping, and hanging out with Jesse. Now, I love looking at the pictures and reading memories from other friends, families, racers and fans. Life just is not the same, race tracks are not the same....how much The Rocket influenced sprint car racing, and especially the HOCKETT NATION, goes beyond what words can describe. Jess, you are truly missed. Keep an eye over us all (if you can pull yourself away from the heavenly tracks now and again) and especially your fellow competitors here on earth. Its rare to find someone who truly lived life to the fullest, doing what they loved with passion and going out just doing what they do...."I'm a rocket maaaaaaannnnn"
