For any travellers coming from the Milwaukee area and all points south of Angell Park, Hwy N is closed indefinitely. Go to angellparkspeedway.com and scroll down a bit for some alternative routes to the track.

Are you sure Tim? We were up there about 2 weeks ago and it was open all he way up from I90. They were doing construction at the interchange just north of Cottage Grove but it was passable with no flagmen.

---------- Post added at 02:48 PM ---------- Previous post was at 02:45 PM ---------- I will look into the weather a little more in detail but Saturday is calling for a 60% chance and 40% for Sunday. Don't know how wet the track is now but they could see some rain today also. I know they had rain Wednesday to. |

The detour was up as of yesterday.
I will do my best, as I live in the area, to let you know when that part opens. The blocked part of N is actually just north of the TT intersection. Please stay off this stretch, even if you could drive around the barricades. I'm sure the 2 or 3 houses that live on this stretch would not appreciate extra traffic kicking up dust in front of their houses. If you know the area, you can get to N and TT, but you just can't go north on N. From that point you can take some routes not described by the Angell Park site. However if you don't know where Seminary Springs or Pierceville are, then I'd recommend folks just take the routes as suggested by the APS site.
