On a sad note, I was informed today of the death of northern Indiana mini sprint driver Steve Noel, Steve always supported the MMSA when we raced at Kokomo and Montpelier, He drove the #33 car.
Funeral service is by the Kroeger Funeral Home in Logansport,IN
Friends may visit at the Funeral home from 10am to 11am on monday May 2, with the service to follow.
On behalf of the MMSA I would like to express our condolence to the Noel family.

rip Steve. Steve's dad was a racer back in the day. Hobe Noel lost his life at Eldora back in the 1960's. /anyone know what happened?

racerjim2, M. Stratton called me sat. am and said Steve passed away on thursday at home, that's all the info I have.
